C'H'C'M' Shop New York accepts returns and exchanges on full-priced items within 14 days of the delivery date, provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that all sale items, apothecary, and underwear are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Email our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Send the package using a trackable shipping service to our New York storefront; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
